- Select the best strategy for each individual claim (defense, settlement, or alternate dispute resolution and mediation) to achieve the best possible results
- Manage the total file strategy, limiting the involvement of the defense attorney to legal matters
- Pursue negotiations in appropriate cases
- Deal directly with plaintiff’s counsel when appropriate
- Review legal expenses for accuracy and appropriateness through an automated bill review process
