Rachel Kesling, Senior Vice President, ESIS Chief Financial Officer
Rachel Kesling is Chief Financial Officer of ESIS, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the ESIS financial organization, including decision-support activities such as budgeting, reporting, and expense management. She also plays a critical role in the company’s financial auditing process and is part of the leadership team committee responsible for operational oversight. She is based in Philadelphia.
Ms. Kesling brings more than two decades of Finance experience within the insurance industry. Prior to becoming ESIS’ CFO, Ms. Kesling served as the Finance lead for Chubb’s Major Accounts Construction, Excess Casualty, Environmental and Medical Liability lines.
Ms. Kesling holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in finance from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the Rutgers University.
