Paul T. Holden, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, ESIS
Paul Holden is responsible for the strategic integration of ESIS’ technology solutions and leads the operational support and information delivery teams. In this role, he champions strategies to further enhance ESIS’ core claims and data technologies, including ESIS Global RiskAdvantage®, the company’s risk management information system, as well as its customized data analytics and predictive modeling platform, ESIS Advanced Analytics in Action®. These technologies are designed to provide timely, transparent and actionable information that empowers ESIS’ claims professionals in their efforts to provide exceptional service to clients and brokers.
Mr. Holden has more than 20 years of experience in the development of systems and technology strategies, joining ESIS in May 2015. Prior to his position with ESIS, Mr. Holden held executive and senior leadership technology and information delivery positions with Solera Holdings, Ventiv Technologies (Aon eSolutions) and third party administrators Broadspire and Sedgwick. Mr. Holden received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Information Technology Management from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee.
